ebajet Terms and Conditions

01 General Provisions

ebajet is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") are considered a binding agreement between ebajet and all of its registered users.

By using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

ebajet reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the revised terms.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register with ebajet and use the platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be located in Bangladesh or another country where online gaming is legally permitted.
• Only one account may be created per person.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, truthful and up to date.
• Creating an account under a false identity or in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.

ebajet reserves the right to reject any registration application, particularly if the information provided appears incomplete, false or suspicious. ebajet may request a government-issued ID or other proof at any time for identity verification purposes.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password and login details confidential and do not share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to ebajet support immediately.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If there are any changes to your name, email, address or payment details, you must update your account profile immediately. ebajet is not responsible for delayed or cancelled transactions caused by outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 One Account Per Person

If one person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or IP address, ebajet must be notified in advance.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at ebajet is ৳300 (three hundred taka) for each payment method. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposits are generally reflected in your account within a few minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds are sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Verification Process

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Any delay in providing the required documents will also delay withdrawal processing. ebajet follows all relevant international standards for anti-money laundering.

ebajet reserves the right to cancel any deposit and suspend any account in the case of unauthorized payment methods or fraudulent transactions.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will apply the maximum ৳8,000 bonus and give a total balance of ৳20,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 20x wagering requirement must be met. This means you must place bets totalling the bonus amount multiplied by 20. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.

5.3 Promotional Terms

• Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless specifically stated.
• Once a bonus has expired, it will automatically be considered void.
• ebajet reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is proven, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited.

06 Gameplay Rules

A variety of online games are available on the ebajet platform, including slots, live casino, cricket betting and more. Each game has its own rules and mechanics, and it is recommended that you review them before starting a game.

6.1 Fair Play

ebajet believes in fair play. All of our games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely impartial and random.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error, disconnection or server issue during a game, ebajet reserves the right to cancel or replay the relevant round. Any incorrect amounts or results displayed due to a technical error will be corrected automatically.

6.3 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket, football and other sports, the odds and rules specific to the event will apply. If a match is cancelled or the result remains uncertain, a decision will be made in accordance with ebajet's betting rules.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ebajet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system to gain an artificial advantage (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots or automation tools to play games.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security measures.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.
• Behaving in an inappropriate or threatening manner toward ebajet staff.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, and all balances and winnings may be forfeited.

08 Privacy and Data Protection

ebajet places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology. Your information is not sold or transferred to any third party.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all pending withdrawals will be processed and your balance will be returned.

10.2 Suspension or Closure by ebajet

In cases of violation of these terms, fraudulent activity or suspicious behavior, ebajet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for investigation without prior notice.

If a violation is proven during the investigation, the associated balance and bonuses may be forfeited in full.

11 Limitation of Liability

ebajet is not responsible for the following:

• Game losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues with your device.
• Delays or failures by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to an account due to user negligence.
• Changes or disruptions to the service resulting from legal or regulatory changes.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.

ebajet's maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the actual amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant incident.

12 Amendments to Terms

ebajet reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after any changes means you are considered to have accepted the revised terms in full. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
